Jim Beam – Devil's Cut (70cl, 40%)

Jim Beam Devil's Cut is a bourbon made with whiskey drawn out of the wood of emptied barrels. Jim Beam's distillers developed a process to extract the whiskey held in the staves, keep the extract until it reaches the right balance, then blend it with 6-year-old bourbon. It is bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. The aroma is rich and concentrated, with wood, bourbon and vanilla. The taste is bold and intense, with a deep bourbon character. It can be served neat or over ice.
