This is a Jim Beam bourbon from the 1960s, bottled at 70 proof, which is 35% ABV, in a 24 fl oz bottle.
The nose has subtle vanilla, spice, pine and toasted oak, with lemon zest, toffee and caramelised fruit. On the palate, spice and toasted oak meet a minty freshness, with honey, black tea and caramel in a light-to-medium body.
The finish is of medium length, fading to black pepper and char with a little lingering spice.
