Jim Beam 'Black' is an extra aged Kentucky straight bourbon from the USA.
The longer time in barrel gives it a fuller body, with oak spice and a light smoky char running alongside the sweetness.
The nose offers caramel fudge, toasted oak and vanilla, with dried orange peel, nutmeg and a soft leather note. The palate is smooth and rounded, led by brown sugar, maple syrup and toffee. The finish is medium to long, warming and dry.
