This is a Kentucky straight bourbon at 43% ABV, released in 1995 as a limited edition to mark the 200th anniversary of the Jim Beam brand. It carries the White Label.
In the glass it is golden amber. The nose is sweet with caramel, vanilla and oak, along with charred wood and a delicate spiciness.
On the palate it is smooth and balanced, with caramel, vanilla and a hint of molasses, and subtle pepper and oak. The finish is medium to long, with a lingering warmth.
