Jim Beam White is a Kentucky bourbon in a 75cl bottle. It is an everyday bottle meant for mixing rather than sipping, suited to a highball, bourbon and coke, an Old Fashioned or a whisky sour.
It is usually described as showing vanilla, caramel and a corn-led sweetness with light oak spice. Plenty of ice works well, or a highball with cold soda and a lemon wedge, and it stands up to ginger ale.
