Jiu Hai Bu Gan 酒海不干 Craft White 3 Year Old Tibet Single Malt (50cl, 42%)

This is a 3 year old single malt from Tibet, in a 50cl bottle at 42% ABV. It is made from Tibetan barley, mashed and fermented with water from the Himalayas and indigenous yeast. After traditional distillation, the spirit matures for a minimum of 3 years in terracotta amphorae known as Jiu Hai. The bottle itself is porcelain. It can be taken neat, chilled over ice, or in a long drink with citrus peel or grapefruit juice.
