Green Label 15 Years is a blended malt Scotch whisky from Johnnie Walker, released in The Taiwan Wonders Collection in a limited edition design. It is bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle.
The nose starts herbal, with freshly cut grass and a garden freshness, then ripe green apple, pear and a little citrus, before soft peat smoke, toasted wood and vanilla.
The palate is silky and oily, with deep oak and cedar, heather honey, malted cereal and dark chocolate, and a lingering black pepper from the Talisker malt. The finish is very long, with island-style smoke, sea salt, nuts and a spiced woody aftertaste.
