Johnny Drum Black Label is a Kentucky straight bourbon from the Willett Distillery on the outskirts of Bardstown, made by Kentucky Bourbon Distillers. It is bottled at 43% (86 proof) in a 70cl bottle.
It is described as an old-fashioned sour mash, made in the same way for five generations, with a little of an older mash used to start each new batch. The whiskey is aged for between 4 and 12 years in new charred American oak barrels, and no colouring or flavouring is added.
