JP Wiser's 15 Years Old is a blended Canadian whisky, bottled at 40% ABV in a 75cl bottle. The base is double-distilled corn whisky aged for at least 15 years in new white oak casks, used American bourbon casks and used Canadian whisky casks. The second component is column-distilled rye, also aged for at least 15 years.
Banana and caramel are balanced by oak-influenced sweet spice reminiscent of nutmeg and cinnamon. It is round and creamy, showing citrus and cherry with time, and finishes long with layers of dried fruit and chocolate.
