Jura 12 Year Old Sherry Cask is an unpeated single malt from the island distillery, in a 70cl bottle at 40% ABV. It is matured in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels, then finished in aged, hand-selected Oloroso sherry casks from Jerez, Spain.
It opens with warm honey and vanilla, which develop into rich plum, sweet spice and layers of citrus. The finish brings sherry-soaked raisins, dark toffee, coffee and grilled banana.
