Jura 12 Year Old Sherry Cask is an unpeated Island single malt Scotch whisky, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle.
It was matured in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels, then finished in aged, hand-selected Oloroso sherry casks from Jerez in Spain.
The palate opens with warm honey and vanilla, moving to rich plum, sweet spice and citrus. The finish brings sherry-soaked raisins, dark toffee, coffee and grilled banana.
