Jura 2007 17 Year Old 'Second Murderer' is a single malt from the Macbeth Act 2 series, an independent bottling named after a character in Shakespeare's play. It was matured entirely in Oloroso sherry hogsheads and bottled at cask strength, 48.5% ABV, as a limited release.
The whisky is described as gently smoky and oily, with damp wood, wet wool and bracken alongside a light sweetness from the sherry casks.
