Jura 21 TIDE is a 21-year-old single malt from the Jura distillery, bottled at 46.7% in a 70cl bottle. It belongs to the Aged Vintage series. The whisky first matured in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels, then was finished in hand-selected virgin American white oak casks.
The nose has gingerbread, buttery caramel digestive biscuits and tropical fruit with a hint of banana. The palate brings melted white chocolate, toasted walnuts, sugared almonds, gingersnap biscuits and a note of marzipan. The finish is spicy, with allspice, pepper and a touch of honey.
