Jura – Journey (70cl, 40%)

Jura Journey is a single malt from the Isle of Jura, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It matured only in old bourbon casks of American white oak, which add vanilla and a soft texture, and it combines peated and unpeated whisky. The colour is amber gold. The nose has a light touch of peat with vanilla, almond and citrus fruit. On the palate it is light but fine, with caramel, honey and pear, and the finish is oily and sweet.
