Jura – Journey

Jura Journey is a single malt from the distillery on the island of Jura, off Scotland's west coast. It is matured entirely in American white oak ex-bourbon casks. The nose is lemon and orange with vanilla and honey, a hint of coconut and soft spice, and a little sea salt and light smoke. On the palate it is soft with a light body: vanilla, caramel and honey, with peach, apple and citrus, and a creamy, coconut-tinged texture. The finish is medium and gentle, with citrus, vanilla, light spice and a little smoke in the background.
