Jura – Red Wine Cask (70cl, 40%)

Jura Red Wine Cask is a single malt from the Isle of Jura, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It belongs to the distillery's cask editions, which explore how different cask surfaces shape the spirit. Here the island malt takes on the regional character of selected European wine casks, giving a fruity, full-bodied whisky of deep mahogany gold colour. The nose brings sultanas, creamy caramel and black forest fruits with a hint of heather honey. On the palate come raspberry, strawberry and creamy vanilla, spiced with cinnamon.
