Jura – The Paps 19 Years Old (70cl, 45.6%)

Jura The Paps is a 19 year old single malt. It is matured first in American white oak casks that previously held bourbon, then finished in casks that once held a 40 year old Pedro Ximenez sherry. It is bottled without chill filtration and with natural colour. Rich, sweet and spiced, it shows gingerbread, vanilla, spiced pear and balsamic glaze on the palate, followed by a long, nutty finish.
