Kaiyo Cask Strength Whisky

Kaiyo Cask Strength is a Japanese whisky, the cask strength version of the standard Kaiyo. It is a teaspooned malt matured in mizunara casks, a wood known for being expensive and for being difficult for coopers to work with. Part of the maturation takes place at sea, a step intended to help develop the flavour of the whisky.
