Kaiyo The Signature is a Japanese whisky made from malted barley and bottled at 43% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It is not chill-filtered.
The whisky spends its entire maturation in Japanese Mizunara oak barrels, followed by three months of maturation at sea. That ocean stage is said to bring out the particular flavours that Mizunara oak gives.
