Kanekou is an Okinawan whisky produced by Shinzato Distillery, in a 70cl bottle. It is a blend of three whiskies: malt, wheat whisky aged for three years or more, and rice whisky aged for eight years or more in sherry casks.
The blend is aromatic and rounded, with tropical fruit on the nose. Citrus, ginger candy and minerals come through in the flavour.
