Kanosuke 2022 Limited Edition is a cask strength single malt that reflects the distillery's idea of "Mellow Land, Mellow Whisky".
It uses spirit from all three of the distillery's pot stills, aged for at least three years in a variety of casks, mainly ex-shochu, before blending and bottling.
The nose offers fragrant citrus, vanilla, lemon tea and green apple. On the palate there is sweet, sticky honey, cinnamon and slight hints of grapefruit. The finish is of medium length, starting sweet before the grapefruit leaves a slight, pleasant bitterness.
