Kanosuke Single Malt 2023 is a limited edition single malt from Kanosuke Distillery in Japan. It was made with peated malt distilled in 2018 and 2019, then matured in ex-shochu and ex-sherry casks before bottling in 2023.
The nose is sweet, fruity and spicy. The palate is more subtle, with citrus fruits, candied peels and gentle cinnamon spice, and the finish brings winter and summer fruits, malt and subtle oak.
