Kanosuke Single Malt 2026 Edition (70cl, 57%)

Kanosuke Single Malt 2026 Edition is a limited Japanese single malt bottled at 57%. It is put together from a wide selection of malts: bourbon barrel whisky finished in apple brandy casks, spirit from re-charred ex-shochu casks finished in white wine casks, and whisky from sherry casks, with a small amount of peated malt. It was then diluted slowly to give a mellow, rounded character. Orange blossom, apple peel, white grape and beach vitex flower lead the nose. The palate offers vanilla, yuzu paste, honey and apple brandy. The finish is long, with grapefruit, apple peel and a touch of spring sea breeze.
