This is a 20 year old Karuizawa single malt from Japan, distilled on 21 July 1993 and bottled in 2013 by the Scotch Malt Whisky Society as cask 132.3. It matured in a refill sherry butt and was bottled at 61.1% ABV, with an outturn of 344 bottles.
The Society gave the release the title Dark, Mysterious and Seductive. Karuizawa is a closed distillery in Nagano Prefecture, where production ceased in 2000.
