This is a Japanese whisky from Karuizawa, distilled in 1999 and 2000 and released as part of the distillery's Cocktail Series. It carries the cask number 7698.
The release was made for the 2012 Tokyo Bar Show. Karuizawa closed in 2011, although the distillery had not been producing whisky for more than a decade before that, which makes bottlings from the 1999 and 2000 distillations a reminder of its final working years.
