A Taiwanese single malt from Kavalan, the second whisky in the Concertmaster series, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle.
It was aged in the distillery's own reserve of refill casks, then finished in hand-picked Spanish sherry casks.
It is described as elegant, soft and fruity, with delicate aromas and many layers of flavour, shaped by Taiwan's subtropical climate.
