Kavalan Distillery Select is a single malt whisky created by Master Blender Ian Chang. It is bottled at 43% ABV in a 75cl bottle, and is described as creamy and full-bodied, with a fruity sweetness. It can be served neat or over ice.
The nose has tropical fruit, mainly mango and banana, with buttery caramel and a floral undertone. On the palate come rich oak, warming vanilla, lavender honey and orchard fruits, and the finish lingers with stewed fruit, butterscotch and more vanilla.
