Kavalan – Concertmaster Sherry Cask (70cl, 40%)

Kavalan Concertmaster Sherry Cask is a Taiwanese whisky from the Kavalan distillery, part of the Concertmaster series. It is bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. The whisky is aged in the distillery's own refill casks, then finished in Spanish ex-sherry casks. It carries no added colouring. The nose brings mango, coconut, raspberries, cranberries, milk chocolate and vanilla toffee. On the palate come raisins, figs, toasted walnuts, almond flakes, creme brûlée and strawberry jam. The finish carries dark chocolate, creamy toffee and red fruits.
