A Taiwanese single malt from Kavalan, bottled at 40% abv in a 70cl bottle without an age statement. Distillery Select No. 1 is a blend built from carefully chosen barrels and was selected with bartenders in mind.
It is described as rich yet mellow and layered, with the tropical fruit character of Kavalan alongside cream caramel, wood and vanilla. Sweet, mellow and smooth in the mouth, with a lingering flavour.
