Kavalan Ex-Bourbon Oak is a Taiwanese single malt in a 70cl bottle. It is made by taking Kavalan Solist ex-Bourbon and reducing it with Kavalan spring water to a bottling strength of 46%.
It is described as very smooth, with a soft sweetness and little of the harshness or alcohol edge, leaving the distinctive Kavalan flavours to linger.
Expect clean, fresh tropical fruit alongside vanilla, coconut and spice.
