Kavalan – Podium Single Malt Whisky (70cl)

Kavalan Podium is a Taiwanese single malt whisky in a 70cl bottle. It is dark gold in the glass, with amber highlights. The nose is clean and subtle, with floral and sweet aromas mixed with vanilla and coconut. On the palate come subtropical fruit such as mango and green apple, alongside honey, cherry, white pepper and grape, leading to a long finish. Taiwanese, Thai and Japanese dishes are suggested as good matches.
