Kavalan Solist Oloroso Sherry is a Taiwanese single malt, matured in Spanish oloroso sherry casks and bottled from a single cask at cask strength. It is bottled by hand at the distillery, without colouring or chill-filtration.
The whisky is described as smooth and rich, with a complex character. Dried fruit, nuttiness and spice come in layers, with touches of marzipan and vanilla.
