Kavalan Solist Port is a single cask, cask strength single malt from Taiwan, in a 700ml bottle.
It is matured fully in Portuguese Port barriques under Taiwan's subtropical climate. Port is a robust, sweet fortified wine with a rich, full body, and the cask gives this whisky a range of fruit flavours.
The fruit is described as plum, blueberry, blackberry and strawberry, with chocolate as the main background.
Tasting Notes
Plum, blueberry, blackberry and strawberry over a chocolate background
