Kavalan Solist Vinho Barrique is a Taiwanese single malt in a 70cl bottle, bottled at a cask strength of 57.1%. It is a single-cask whisky.
It was matured in American oak wine barrels that were re-charred, a treatment used to create extra-fruity notes in the spirit.
It is usually described as having notes of melon, mango, citrus, vanilla, oak spice and dates.
