A Taiwanese single malt from Kavalan, matured in three kinds of sherry cask: Oloroso, Pedro Ximénez and Moscatel. It is bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle.
The dried fruits of the Oloroso casks give the whisky its main character. Rich caramel and the sweetness of maltose are layered with the tropical fruits the distillery is known for, making a sherried whisky described as delicate but distinct.
