Kavalan – Triple Sherry Cask Single Malt Whisky (70cl)

Kavalan Triple Sherry Cask is a Taiwanese single malt in a 70cl bottle, matured in three kinds of sherry cask: Oloroso, Pedro Ximénez and Moscatel. The whiskies from each cask type mature separately and are then balanced together in a three-stage process. The result is a smooth malt that keeps Kavalan's sweetness and carries dried fruit, rich caramel, sweet maltose and tropical fruit. On the nose there is cinnamon, candied smoked plum, citrus, berries, tropical fruit and longan. Honey, chocolate and toffee come through on the palate.
