Kentucky Vintage Small Batch is a straight Kentucky bourbon made by Kentucky Bourbon Distillers at the Willett Distillery. It is made by the sour mash method, in which some spent mash from a previous distillation is added to the fermentation.
The barrels are handpicked for taste, aroma and bouquet, and bottlings are usually aged for around six to nine years. It is bottled at 45% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
