Ki One Batch 2 is a Korean single malt whisky, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in virgin American oak and first-fill bourbon casks. Ki Wan means beginning and hope in Korean, and the whisky is presented as the start of Korean single malt's journey to the world. The distillery sits in the Namyangju Mountains, north-east of Seoul. In summer the Korean sun bakes the spirit and drives it deep into the wood. In winter the cold pushes it back out into the cask, drawing out an array of aromas.
