Ki One Eagle is a Korean single malt bottled at 56.6% in a 200ml bottle. It is one of three animal editions in the Society Collection, alongside Tiger and Unicorn, all made from the same spirit distilled on 7th July 2020.
The Eagle is the last of the three. It nods to the United States, where founder Bryan Do was born and raised, and the maturation is finished in an American first fill bourbon cask. A total of 1,963 bottles were produced.
The nose is sweet and punchy, with spicy butterscotch, blackberry and raspberry jam, black pepper and fresh pine. On the palate come honey, caramel, vanilla and stewed fruits, leading to a long, spiced finish.
