This is a blended Irish whiskey from Cooley distillery, bottled under the Kilbeggan name in the 2000s at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The blend was matured for three years.
The Kilbeggan name belongs to the old distillery in the village of Kilbeggan, which was built in 1757 and later known as Locke's Distillery. Cooley acquired its assets in 1988 and resumed production there on 19 March 2007, 53 years to the day after it had stopped.
