This is a 17 year old peated single malt from Cooley in Ireland, bottled independently by That Boutique-y Whisky Company at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is Batch #1, with 390 bottles in the batch.
The nose brings chocolate-chip brioche, fudge, thyme honey and pecans. On the palate there is red fruit, with raspberry sorbet and fresh strawberries, alongside mint chocolate. The finish is long, with chocolate undertones and dry, oak-led spice.
