This is a 10 year old Loch Gorm from Kilchoman, the farm distillery on Islay's Rockside Farm, released as a limited edition for 2026.
The smoky single malt matured for ten years in Oloroso sherry butts from the Bodega José y Miguel Martin. It is bottled without added colouring or chill-filtration.
The nose offers dried fruit, grilled meat, toasted walnuts and strong peat smoke. The palate brings candied orange, tropical fruit, salted caramel and dried plum, with cinnamon, nutmeg and smoke. The finish is lasting and spicy, with roasted dark chocolate, liquorice and balanced peat.
