Kilchoman 100% Islay 12th Edition is a single malt from Islay's only single farm distillery, made from barley grown on the farm. The barley is of the publican variety, taken from the 2011, 2012 and 2013 harvests.
The whisky was matured in 29 bourbon barrels and 6 oloroso sherry butts for a minimum of 8 years.
The 100% Islay range represents a revival of traditional farm distilling, with the barley grown, malted, distilled, matured and bottled on site.
