Kilchoman 100% Islay 13th Edition is a single malt from Islay, made from barley grown on the distillery's own farm. This release uses barley from the 2011, 2012 and 2013 harvests, in the publican variety.
The whisky matured in 29 bourbon barrels and 6 oloroso sherry butts for a minimum of 8 years. Every bottle in the 100% Islay range is grown, malted, distilled, matured and bottled on site, which makes it a single farm single malt.
