Kilchoman 100% Islay 14th Edition is a nine-year-old Islay single malt, bottled at 50% in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks.
The 100% Islay range is made from barley grown on the distillery's own farm around Kilchoman and turned into whisky and bottled on site, from barley to bottle. The independent, family-owned distillery was founded in 2005 by Anthony Wills, the first person in 124 years to start a distillery on Islay, with the aim of reviving farm distilling.
