Kilchoman – Sanaig Cask Strength

Kilchoman Sanaig Cask Strength is an Islay single malt bottled at its natural strength, without reduction. Most of its maturation took place in sherry casks, which sit alongside the peat typical of the island. The nose is rich and peaty, with dark fruit, raisins and chocolate, joined by spice and smoke. On the palate there is peat, dried fruit, caramel and spice in a full, oily texture. The finish is long, smoky, chocolatey and spicy.
