Kilchoman – Machir Bay (70cl, 46%)

Kilchoman Machir Bay is an Islay malt whisky in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 46% ABV. It is made from whiskies of different ages matured in bourbon and sherry casks, and takes its name from one of the finest stretches of the island's coast. A new release appears every year, which lets drinkers follow how this young malt develops over time. In 2015 it was named best in its category, Islay malts under 12 years, at the Spirits Business Whisky Masters. It is described as round and creamy, with pleasantly smoky aromas.
