Kilchoman – 100% Islay 15th Edition

Kilchoman 100% Islay is a single malt in which every stage is carried out on the distillery's own site on Islay, from sowing the barley through harvesting, malting, distilling and maturation. Recent releases in the range have used Publican barley grown at Rockside Farm. Their fruit character is described as tropical, with a pineapple note, and no longer shows the strawberry note that came with the Optic barley grown in the early years. The range is usually bottled at 50%.
