Kilchoman – 100% Islay Single Malt Whisky (70cl)

This is a single malt from Kilchoman, the farm distillery on Islay, in a 70cl bottle. It belongs to the distillery's 100% Islay range. Kilchoman was founded in 2005 by Anthony Wills and was the first distillery built on the island in more than 124 years. It remains independent and produces single farm single malt. In this range the whisky is made, matured and bottled on site, from barley to bottle, which is why it is thought of as capturing the terroir of Islay.
