Kilchoman 11 Year Old Family Cask Edition is a single malt from the first release of the Kilchoman Family Collection, a set of four expressions showing the influence of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks as the distillery's age statements grow.
This 11 year old was made from heavily peated barley, at 50ppm, sourced from Port Ellen Maltings on Islay. It is bottled at natural colour and without chill filtration.
